Booking Conditions

By making an accommodation booking, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms. Please read these conditions carefully, as continuing with your booking indicates your understanding and acceptance of these terms.

Saturday: 9 am – 5 pm

Sunday: 9 am - 1 pm

Tariffs, Deposits, and Payments

Tariff based on guests, time, and duration; changes may affect the tariff.

Prices quoted in AUD, inclusive of GST, firm upon full payment.

Standard rates for 2 adults; single travellers rates available.

Prices subject to change without notice.

Credit card required for booking; full payment processed online, or on arrival.

Accommodation fees due at check-in; alternative payment for company bookings.


Check-In

Check-in time: After 12:00 pm

Early check-in: Request at booking

After-hours check-in: Notify the office before close of business and when booking.


Check-Out

Check-out time: 10:00 am

Late check-out: Request at booking

Failure to depart by 11:00 am may incur an extra night charge.


Changes or Cancellations

48 hours or more before arrival (short term): No cancellation fee.

24-48 hours before arrival: $30 admin fee; balance refunded.

24 hours or less: One night's fee retained for cancellation or changes.

No-show or early departure: 100% booking fee retained.


Room and Site Allocation

Efforts made to fulfil requests; changes may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

Room Servicing

Light service every 4th day; full service every 7th day (or Saturday if 7th day falls on Sunday).


Child Policy

- Child (3-16 years), Infant (0-2), Adult (17 years and over).

No additional charge for an infant sharing the same bed; extra charges for additional beds.

Children and Infants cannot stay without an Adult's presence.

Pet Policy

Pets welcome with application; no extra charge for pets on a site.

Fee for pets in pet-friendly rooms for additional cleaning.

Pets must be controlled, on a leash, and not allowed in certain areas.

Pet owners responsible for cleanup and ensuring pets do not disturb others.

Visitors

All visitors must report to the office.

Visitors must follow caravan park rules and leave by 10 pm.

Paying guest responsible for visitor; visitors may use specific facilities with permission.

Amenities Blocks

- Inspected and sanitized daily; guests avoid entering during cleaning.


Rooms

- Maximum stay of 6 months for Seasonal Workers; All other accommodation a maximum stay of 3 months.
Extension at manager's discretion.

Farm Work

- Caravan park does not act as an employment agency; provides factual information.

Vehicles

- All vehicles must be roadworthy and registered; guest responsible for vehicle damage.

- All Visitors must park in the visitors car park.


Room Access

- Management reserves the right to enter for maintenance, safety, or suspicion of illegal activity.


Events Beyond Control

- Park not responsible for losses due to occurrences beyond its control.


Governing Laws

- Terms and conditions governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
