Pet Friendly Site Policy

At Three Rivers Accommodation, we strive to create a welcoming environment for all our guests traveling with pets. To ensure the comfort of all our visitors, including those without pets, we have established specific conditions for pet owners staying in our accommodations:

1. Booking and Deposit:

  • A valid credit card is required at the time of booking.

  • One night's accommodation will be taken as a deposit.

  • The outstanding balance, if any, will be processed on the morning of arrival.

2. Pet Control:

  • Pets must always be on a controllable leash less than 2.5 meters in length.

  • Alternatively, they should be inside an appropriate, secure, pet-friendly enclosure or a pet carrier when at the caravan park.

3. Unattended Pets:

  • Pets may be left unattended outside the site if secured on a leash or in a secure enclosure.

  • Pets must be quiet and calm; distressed animals should not be left unattended.

4. Notification for Extended Absence:

  • If away from your site for more than 1 hour, notify Three Rivers Staff.

  • Ensure your pet has adequate water and protection from the weather.

5. Pet Exercise and Waste Management:

  • Guests must exercise their pets outside the caravan park on a leash.

  • Pick up all pet faeces with a sealable bag and dispose of it in the large wheelie bins, not in the bins beside guest rooms.

6. Site and Facility Restrictions:

  • Pets must not encroach on another person’s site.

  • They must not enter rooms, the pool enclosure, amenities, or laundry.

  • Pets must not sit or stand on any outdoor furniture around the caravan park.

7. Owner Responsibility:

  • Pet owners are responsible for their pets at all times.

  • If a pet causes damage to the caravan park or another guest’s property, repair costs will be charged to the owner's credit card provided at the time of booking.

8. Noise and Disruptive Behaviour:

  • Constant barking, whining, or disruptive behaviour from pets will not be tolerated.

  • After one warning, if the behaviour persists, the animal will not be allowed to stay at the caravan park.

9. Pet Bedding:

  • Pet bedding should not be washed in the caravan park washing machine.

10. Pet Health:

  • If your pet is unwell, contact the Monto Vet Group (Mundubbera Branch) at (07) 4165 4386
